We offer all-in monthly rates that comes with 3 meals a day, weekly housekeeping, flat linen services, use of utilities (cable and phone excluded), scheduled transportation, 24 hours available reception, security and emergency response system as well as apartment maintenance, repair, reserved parking and calendar full of exciting and fun activities, programs and outings.

We also arrange additional customized assisted living services. The Director of Resident Care, our licensed nurses and 24-hour caregivers ensure to provide the best of our service as needed. Our care services consist of medication management, daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, and grooming), escort assistance, weight and blood pressure monitoring, continence assistance and diabetes care.

Silvergate’s Memory Care Suites takes care of people living with Alzheimer’s or related dementia to make them feel at home, safe, secured with a high level of supervision and 24-hour security. Our monthly rate includes private or semi-private accommodations, licensed nurses available, daily meals and snacks, trained staff in memory impairment, monitoring and supervision for 24 hours, reminders and redirection, daily housekeeping and secure outside grounds.
