To keep the bodies of our residents moving we offer regular fitness and wellness classes. Spiritually, our goal is to center a person through options like massage, chiropractic care, counseling and education seminars to help seniors make the best choices for their safety and overall well being. We also give the residents opportunities to do volunteer work to keep them engaged in the community around them.
