All of our homes have a private entry and attached garage…our townhomes even have an attached two car garage! We include water. Our residents take advantage of our required Ultimate Technology Package at the discounted rate of $60 per month added to the rental rates shown. This feature includes: High Speed Wireless Internet (up to 30 Mbps), Digital Cable with 200+ Channels and SHOWTIME. We’re currently in the process of upgrading our homes with stainless steel appliances in every apartment and walk-in tub/shower in all lower apartments. Our homes also have granite counter tops. All upper floor plans can have a chair lift installed. You can also choose to customize your home with wood plank flooring. Another feature that our residents enjoy is our Smoke Free Building option.
