Almonor FTHA is a residential home located in Long Island, New York in Suffolk County. Caleb Smith State Park, Smith Landing Golf Course, and Blydenburgh County Park border our vibrant community. Long Island is a great place to live and visit. The neighborhoods are clean and residents are more than friendly.

In our home away from home, we do our best to create a loving family environment. Our motto, best sung by Aretha Franklin is ‘We are family.’ We do our best to integrate all our senior residents and caregivers into a family. Our compassionate caregivers provide the one on one time needed for each senior resident to build a strong relationship. This relationship helps us see what each individual needs whether they are requirements or emotional support. We feel that keeping the mind sharp and the heart happy is what helps our family stay strong.
