Tennyson Court

Tennyson Court is more than an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. For many, it is home — we foster dignity, choice and independence. That is why we offer a household design. In total we have 6 households; 3 Assisted Living & 3 Memory Care. Each of our ‘households’ contains 14 residents. Those 14 residents share a living room, dining room and a beautiful patio (secured for those residents in Memory Care). For residents that are beginning to struggle with mobility, our proximity to both the living room and dining room is ideal. Residents are able to walk right out of their room to participate in activities, enjoy a meal and engage in that much needed companionship.
Care is important and we know this varies from individual to individual.

That is why our Case Manager sits with each resident & family to develop an Individualized Care Plan. We want to know mom or dads daily routine — how can we best maintain their routine during the transition. We provide each resident with showering, toileting and dressing assistance; if needed. We handle all medication management, along with in-house laundry and housekeeping services.

Our on-site full power generator ensures we will never be without power.

We recently launched the ‘Try Tennyson’ program! This is ideal for those who are unsure of making the initial move. Residents & families are able to come try us out and see how they like it (minimum 30 days). There is no long-term commitment. Let us handle the caregiving — you step back and take a breather. Enjoy those precious moments with your loved one — stress free! We encourage families to stop in for activities, stay for a meal or even take your loved one out for holidays and family events. A helping hand and friendly smile are never far away!
