The Arboretum

Nestled on 16 acres of beautiful wooded land, The Arboretum provides studio, one and two bedroom independent and assisted living apartments. Awake, on duty staff 24 hours a day, an emergency call system and morning/evening check in service provide peace of mind. You will appreciate the many conveniences at The Arboretum such as a bank, hair salon, country store, computer lab, underground parking, wellness clinic, and more. Free continental breakfast plus lunch and dinner are served each day. Easy living services such as housekeeping and laundry services are available. An unlimited array of activities keep people on the go such as church services, ceramics, card games, movies, shopping, outings. Scheduled transportation is provided. Arbor Suites offers all the personal services needed to remain independent such as help with bathing, dressing and medications. Terrace House, located within The Arboretum provides a greater level of support within a smaller environment.  Arbor House, also located within The Arboretum provides specialized care for individuals with early to mid stages of Alzheimer’s Disease. The Arboretum is a member of the Laureate Group – a locally and family owned provider that was founded nearly 40 years ago. Laureate Group serves over 1500 seniors in 9 retirement communities in the Milwaukee Metropolitan area. There are no endowment fees.
