The Edelweiss AFH

Edelweiss Adult Family Home is a residential care home found in the lovely and lively city of Vancouver, in Clark County, in the state of Washington. Our delightful home is multicultural and we politely ask seniors to be part of our amazing community. Our residents can join different fun activities that we do all year round, like shows at The Ampitheater at Clark Country, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, Kiggins Theatre, and Pop Culture. We encourage our residents and their families to explore the nearby local sites, such as Pearson Air Museum, Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, Esther Short Park, and more. You are welcome to drop by the Edelweiss and witness what we have to offer. 

Edelweiss Adult Family Home is passionate about giving the best care in a secured and cozy group home environment. Our thoughtful and caring staff aim to give the finest medical and non-medical care. Our staff provide customized care and create meaningful relationships with our seniors. We urge our residents to build intimate and personal relationship with the staff and other residents as well. We also request family members to take part in the community and activities. Our staff assures round the clock monitoring to look after our residents’ security. We have high regards for our seniors’ dignity; thus, we strive to sustain their autonomy and reach out based on their personal needs.
