The Jane Adams House

The Jane Adams house is an assisted living community located in Fernandina, Nassau County, Florida on Amelia Island only a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and just around the corner from the Baptist Medical Center Nassau. The craftsman style architecture offers residents a nice front porch to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. The Jane Adams house provides assisted living and memory care for seniors living with dementia or Alzheimer’s. We are ideally located in a tranquil setting and our residents love living near the coast. We are also about a half mile from the Amelia Island Museum of History.

Our caring and compassionate staff members are more like family and are dedicated to providing the residents with anything they need. We love our residents and work tirelessly to help them live as independently as possible. We offer specialized memory care and secure living for our residents living with dementia or Alzheimer’s and strive to help them stay cognizant. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are here to help with anything our residents may need, no matter what the request may be.
