The Pavilion Senior Living at Carthage
The Carthage Pavilion Assisted Living opened our community in September of 2015. Our staff have a combined of 25 plus years in senior living experience. We are locally owned and operated. We are conveniently located only 6 miles from I-40 East in-between Lebanon and Cookeville, TN. Our property back up to the Cumberland River. We are 3 miles to the nearest hospital. We offer our residents very spacious individual apartment units, with private spacious bathrooms and handicapped accessible showers. We have renovated the old Carthage General Hospital Building and have kept the historic charm, with modern amenities. We serve all of Smith, Wilson, Trousdale, Jackson, DeKalb and Putman counties.We have an in house secure memory care units.
