The Residence at Melrose Station

The Residence at Melrose Station opened the summer of 2017 and offers 65 up-scale rental apartment homes that may be for either Independent (retirement) or Assisted Living, or a combination of both as there is no delineation between apartments. If one is Independent Living, for instance and develops a care need, even temporarily, the senior does not need to move, as we can simply and discreetly add care into any apartment.

Our beautiful and spacious studio and one and two bedroom apartments feature elegant kitchens and baths, high-end finishes and fine materials. Three meals per day in our restaurant are included for our Independent and Assisted Living residents; order from about 40 chef-prepared items on the menu, ANYTIME from 7 am – 7 pm, on your schedule, with neither set meal times nor seating arrangements.

The Residence at Melrose Station offers grand hotel-style living with a social program and exceptional care when/if needed, as well as our renown Reflections Memory Care, created through our exclusive collaboration with Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women’s Hospital and McLean Hospital. Reflections offers both studio and companion suite apartments with large common areas and nurse-given medications.

Each of these lifestyles are available in our new community, as well as amenities like a roof-top deck, fireplaces, our van for Dr’s appointments and outings and more, just steps from thriving Downtown Melrose.
