Trinity Shores of Port Lavaca is a faith-based Senior Living Community offering Independent and Assisted Living as well as Memory Care (Alzheimer’s/dementia). Port Lavaca is a warm and friendly small town and Trinity Shores is located just minutes from two grocery stores, a shopping center, community center and local churches. Apartment styles in our single story building range from large studios to two bedrooms. Each apartment features a large handi-cap friendly bathroom as well as a kitchenette with an under counter refrigerator, microwave, individually controlled AC/heat, mini-blinds, assistance call system, smoke detectors, sprinkler system and in-house satellite TV.

Our 50 Independent/Assisted living apartments are built around our Great Room and Dining Room which helps define our philosophy that the heart of any home is located in its living areas. Our Theater/Activity area, along with our Chapel, encourage socialization and help meet the spiritual needs of our residents. Our in-house beauty/barber salon is an inviting place to visit with neighbors while sprucing up for the next Trinity Shores social event. The Country Store is just a few convenient steps away from your apartment. Need stamps or paper towels? Thirteen comfortable and private rooms in our secure Memory Care wing surround a large and beautifully appointed environment for your family member who has special care needs relating to Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.  A full range of stimulating activities are offered by our interactive, experienced and caring staff. The outdoor courtyards and elevated gardening areas help to enhance the quality of life of your family member.
