Vista Gardens is a family owned and operated Memory Care Community located in the serene country-side of Vista, California. We have designed a Memory Care facility that provides for the well-being of your loved one in an innovative, safe and secure environment. Our care services are personalized for each of our community members to enhance their quality of life. Knowing first-hand the ways in which our family members and friends have been affected by memory issues, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s related dementia, and mild cognitive impairment, we have made a commitment to create a special and unique community that treats everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve. We not only want to care for the individual, but provide them with new opportunities that will help them feel productive, and actively exercise the mind and body for maximum benefit. Our program is based on the latest research,incorporating art, music, and exercise with the health benefits of being outdoors to awaken the senses. With over four acres encompassing courtyards, walking paths,gardens, comfortable sitting areas, and activity areas, family and friends are always welcome to join in our community life… We are always here for you!
