Willowbrook Place

New assisted living apartments with unique support services for aging in place. Housekeeping included, three hot meals a day served in a dining room setting, transportation and social events. All units include heated underground parking, washers and dryers, heat, electric and wifi. Willowbrook Place is pet friendly! Most units include a patio or balcony at no additional cost.

The building was constructed with seniors in mind. The common areas are beautiful, warm and inviting with a large multipurpose room and bistro for residents and guests. Coffee and juice are available in our bistro for residents 24 hours a day. Our cozy bistro comes with a fire place and a large patio with a grill for resident’s use.

There are 13 apartments for Income Eligible residents. There are also three ‘penthouses’
with over 1400 square feet and many other sizes and choices for your selection. Big or small, Willowbrook Place can accomodate to your needs and comfort level.

The focus is on wellness and community throughout Willowbrook Place. Our tightly knit staff and residents will welcome you with open arms!

Willowbrook Place is located in the heart of the village of Thiensville, WI. We are located in an area that is pedestrian friendly, close to stores, clinics, and the our seasonal Farmers Market.

Willowbrook Place is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm for both walk-in and appointment tours. Tours on the weekends are by appointment only. Visit us at your convenience and see what we can offer you and your family!
