Apex Oaks at Cypress Assisted Living and Memory Care is a sixteen apartment, private-pay, assisted living community providing resident-centered care designed to meet the specific and unique needs of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other cognitive impairment in their various stages. With only sixteen residents, we grow strong, personal relationships between our residents, their families and our staff creating an extended family in a warm and loving environment.

Apex Oaks has experienced care staff, uniquely-trained in dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Compassionately they meet our resident’s needs following individually crafted care plans developed by working directly with our residents, family and their physicians.

Apex Oaks is nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood in Northwest Houston, Texas. Our community has more than 10,000 square feet of living space with quick access to various medical services.
