Azaria Personal Care Home

Azaria Personal Care Home is a residential care home located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, Gwinnett County. We are located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, a suburb of Atlanta, 30 miles northeast of downtown. Downtown Lawrenceville is historically significant with its long-standing courthouse and female seminary. Lawrenceville is home to the extensive Gwinnett Medical Center and the flagship campus for GMC. Residents enjoy the Aurora Theater’s ghost walking tours, highlighting the city’s role in the trial of Larry Flynt and lives of other well-known citizens.

Our staff are compassionate, professional and experienced. We assist our residents in daily living activities such as dressing, bathing or medication management, while respecting and promoting independence. Daily activities keep minds engaged and bodies healthy, while providing opportunities to engage in friendships through games, group outings and shared interests. Each resident’s needs and concerns are addressed and updated as conditions change. We have ready access to medical care in case of emergencies.
