We are proud to offer 5 to 1 Care Staff ratios from 6am to 10pm, 365 days per year, and 24 hour Awake Staff. Our NCIA Board Licensed Manager adds to this ratio, as does our RN who, unlike other Homes, actually comes in on a weekly basis for a general check up on each of our residents.

What really makes our Staff shine bright, however, is the fact that we also employ full time Administrative staff to take care of all the business minutiae, from Payroll to Marketing and Maintenance and more. What this means is that our Care Manager and all Care Givers can spend 100% of their time on the clock focused on what’s important: Caring for our Residents!

Beyond this, we have electronic call buttons for each resident, and response times averaging below 30 seconds. Coupled with all-inclusive rates which offer concierge-like services for any and all needs, from arranging transportation, to corresponding with Home Health, Primary Care Physicians and more, our rates and quality of services rendered simply cannot be beaten.
