Big Heart Angels ALH

This facility offers both private and semi-private rooms. It is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Caregivers are all licensed, loving, caring, professionally trained and are available 24 hours a day. We treat residents as if they are still living in their own warm and cozy home.

Licensee who is also the Certified Facility Manager and a caregiver is available 24 hours day to residents, residents’ families and caregivers on duty for any incidents no matter how tiny. Concerns aired by residents and family members are resolved promptly.

This home is licensed for 4 by the Arizona Department of Health Services under the directed care level. 
The latest survey made by  this department in 2007 showed zero deficiency.
