Our company has been providing care for seniors since 1990 when our first community was built.

We have been working with seniors in Centralia and the surrounding area for 20 years.

Our community was licensed by the MO department of Health and Senior Services for 12 residents. Our small service number allows the health staff to really get to know the seniors who are living with us, not just as a senior resident but as a person as well. Your loved one’s physical and mental health, emotional needs and safety are important to us. Our trained health staff will help in the transition of moving to a care facility of the senior residents and their families. We will handle everything with genuine care, respect and understanding of the feelings that accompany such a life changing experience. If you are looking for a community who knows how to address those needs, we’re just one call away. 

Our small community adds more to a large family setting rather than a nursing home setting. Senior residents can give their ideas and suggestions on meals and daily activities. Bristol Manor of Centralia promotes independence with helping hands when needed. Our community bridges the gap between not being able to stay at home alone and not needing a nursing home services.
