Brookdale Hollywood Park

Brookdale Hollywood Park is located in Hollywood Park, Texas, between McAllister Park and Stone Oak parks. Both natural areas provide beautiful trails for our walking club, as well as opportunities for picnics and bird watching. We are close enough to San Antonio to enjoy all of the cultural, dining and shopping activities to be found there.

We offer helpful personalized care in a home-like, nurturing environment. Our knowledgeable staff includes a registered nurse, activities coordinator, compassionate caregivers, and a dietician. We are always available to provide personal attention to each resident. We can meet a variety of needs including diabetes and other chronic disease management, medication assistance and help with other daily activities.
