Brookdale N. Fredericksburg Road is located in the heart of San Antonio, Texas. Our home is located in a quiet residential community one mile away from the South Texas Medical Center area. We are close enough to downtown San Antonio to enjoy all of the cultural, entertainment, dining and sporting events that San Antonio is known for.

We are a small community that provides quality care through compassionate teamwork. We offer both assisted living and specialized memory care for those with dementia. We have staff available 24 hours a day who are happy to assist with activities, grooming, medication management and meals.

Our large, tree-lined courtyard is a very popular gathering place, and many residents can view the courtyard from their apartments.
