Chev’s Place, LLC is a newly-licensed residential care home in Rogers, MN. Residential care homes are the new option for elder care. We provide assisted living and memory care in a beautiful private home located 5 minutes from the Maple Grove hospital. If your loved one can no longer live safely in their home, or you have been told they need skilled nursing care, we would love to serve their unique needs in our residential home.

All our homes are warm, inviting and full of loving care. Our client to caregiver ratio is three to one, which allows us to provide the high-quality personal care that you expect for your loved one. Our team of certified nursing assistants are awake 24/7, do not live in the home, and can customize care to each person’s individual needs. Our clients are charged a standard monthly rate, based upon needs, and there are no add-on additional fees.

Our top priorities are clear for our employees, owners and residents: Safety, Dignity and Servant Mind-set. Because safety is our top priority, our residential homes are unique in that they have the same safety features as a commercial style assisted living, but they still look and feel like a typical residential home. Related features of our property include: a fire suppression and CO system monitored and connected directly to the local fire department, a monitored alarm system for memory care, an ADA compliant spa bath, a wheelchair lift, locked utility rooms, medications and a locked nursing station.

We are unique in that each resident is treated as they are our Family, and this is their home. Chev’s Place looks like home, feels like home, and is in a residential neighborhood with a park. Anyone coming to visit or just driving by will see a family home with apple trees, pear trees and flowers planted and maintained by the residents. This model helps significantly in the difficult transition from the resident’s home of many years, to a new location with the unique care they need.

We serve the northwest metro area of Minneapolis, MN, including: Maple Grove, Plymouth, Rogers, Brooklyn Park and Champlin. We accept private payment, long-term care, VA benefits and some life insurances. You can tour our home, or we can come to you for a free in-your-home evaluation with our licensed Social Worker.
