Since 1898 the Friends Home has provided older adults quality care and housing at a moderate price.
Founded by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), the Home has a strong tradition of encouraging independence and respect for the individuality and dignity of each person.
Assisted Living
Assisted living offers older adults a comfortable, homey residence in an atmosphere that encourages independence and preserves individual dignity. Residents come to Assisted Living at Friend Home for a variety of reasons — they no longer want to maintain their own homes, they may need assistance with daily activities (meals, dressing, bathing, medications, etc.), or they may seek to live in an active, friendly community with their peers.
Due to its size and intimate atmosphere, Linden Hall is unlike many other nursing homes. Each resident is an individual who is known, cared about, and appreciated. Life in Linden Hall is truly a life among friends.
