The community is 70 miles west of San Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico in an area that features World-class shopping, fine dining, bird and butterfly watching, many types of live entertainment, fine art galleries, and international trade. The well-landscaped community, which has two residential buildings and a large common area building, is just minutes from the Valley’s most reputable hospitals including HCA’s Rio Grande Regional Hospital.
