Located on Lake Biltmore Estates in Phoenix, Lake View Retirement Villa offers the finest Assisted Living care in a home environment. The Villa has two outside patios, one with a view of the lake and the other with a west view that overlooks a large lawn area. There are three private bedrooms and one companion room. The main living room has a fireplace, entertainment center, sitting area and the dining area. The floors are marble in the common area and bamboo in the bedrooms. Rooms can be furnished or appointed with personal resident furniture. Meal time is of particular importance to the owner. She oversees the meal preparation and personally shops for the finest ingredients including many organic items. Cooking with fresh ingredients is more important to her than serving pre-packaged items. A vegetarian menu is always available with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Daily routines are varied.
