At Powell Place we offer top notch service in a warm, caring environment. We are located in
Payson, Arizona, just two miles east of Rumsey Park. Payson is known for its annual fiddling contest as well as the longest running rodeo in the U.S. Our residents are able to enjoy transportation to these community events as well as trips for shopping and dining out.

We welcome both you and your family by offering a private dining room for entertaining guests, overnight accommodations and of course your friends and family are welcome to share one of our delicious meals in our restaurant style dining room. We also welcome your four-legged family members and also provide assistance with their care.

  Our residents love our apartments and our activity schedule. We offer apartments that are suitable for single or double occupancy. Apartments include generous closet and storage space, built in book shelves and cable/phone connections. The apartments are equipped with kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves. All apartments have private bathrooms, wall to wall carpeting and individual climate controls.

  On any given day you will find our residents socializing on our stately front porch, enjoying a rousing game of bingo, baking chocolate chip cookies or exploring their inner artist in our crafts room. Our outdoor courtyard is the perfect place to relax with friends, watch birds fluttering around our feeders or enjoy gardening in our raised flower beds.
