Our rental complex consists of 144 unique one bedroom, one bedroom and den, and two bedroom floor plans. Each unit has a fully furnished kitchen, generous closet space, and a minimum of one half-bay window. Digital Starter cable TV, weekly housekeeping, central air, radiant heat, water and waste are also included. Rental prices range from $1200 for a 1BR/1BA to $2500 for a luxury 2BR/2BA/balcony.
