We are a gated apartment rental community settled in a quiet and serene environment yet located a few minutes away from Waldorf, LaPlata shopping center, as well as medical and professional areas.

Southwinds has 2 buildings with 200 apartment homes and offers various floor plans. We offer a wide range of options from three-bedroom apartments to studio, or with dens and balconies as well as budget units. All apartments are equipped with kitchen, washer, dryer, emergency response system and custom blinds and most offer a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and walk-in showers with built-in seats.
