St. Ives Memory Care, a licensed Memory Care/Assisted Living Community, has been serving residents in Johns Creek and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. We are convenient to Fulton, Forsyth and Gwinnett counties. Through the years we have established deep roots as a result of strong professional relationships and excellent family satisfaction.
At St. Ives Memory Care it is our mission to foster a sense of security for our residents and families. The rocking chair porch welcomes you and invites you to sit and visit awhile. Once inside the quiet décor, soothing colors and comfy common areas reassure you that life at St Ives Memory Care is not an ending place. It’s a place where residents live their lives to the fullest, with the support and encouragement necessary to maximize their independence, while ensuring their needs for assistance and watchful oversight are met.
We have 36 apartments in our community which allows us to maintain a very personalized approach to care. Our Staff is specially trained and Certified in Dementia Care. Activities are designed specifically to meet our resident’s social, intellectual, physical and spiritual fulfillment and offered seven days a week. The individual service plans incorporate a full complement of services including daily activities planned to engage the mind, feed the spirit and nurture the soul.
In addition to the entire building being secure for entrance and exit, we have over 20,000 square feet of walking space and a lovely secure outdoor courtyard. St Ives Memory Care is able to offer a continuum of care that enables a resident to transition from one milieu to another based on their disease process.
We also understand that family support and education is an integral to the successful navigation of memory impairment. We not only serve as a resource for services and information, but ensure that families have multiple opportunities to connect with their loved ones in memorable and meaningful ways.
