It is our pleasure to welcome you to THE BELLAIRE LODGES, the newest, most unique and innovative concept in Independent Senior Living, located on 1.72 acres in Spring, Texas.

Our design will offer residents a smaller, more intimate setting, while retaining individual privacy and freedom from daily responsibilities of maintaining a house or apartment. Our goal is to provide a safe, friendly, home-like environment with all-inclusive amenities so you can simply enjoy a care-free, independent life.

The Bellaire Lodges offer 4 floor plans home-style one to choose from to accommodate your individual needs. Residents will enjoy our -story building, divided into 2 Lodges with a total of 30 private bedrooms. Each Lodge will have 15 private bedrooms that includes a TV, refrigerator, microwave, a large bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. Each lodge also has 2 living rooms, 2 covered outdoor patios, a large laundry room, and a full kitchen with dining areas…right outside your door…NO MORE long halls and walkways to go down before you can sit and enjoy a meal! Separating the Lodges is our magnificent Clubhouse! Inside this “commons area” is a luxurious living room, convenience store, beauty salon, private massage room, mail room, as well as, administrative offices, public restrooms, and just outside, a huge covered outdoor patio.
