Our mission is to serve seniors and their families with personalized care, in a nurturing, compassionate and safe environment, by a team engaged in our core belief that when it comes to a loved one, everything matters.

The Phoenix at Dunwoody also offers a specialized memory care program where our trained, caring associates provide quality care to our residents facing Alzheimer’s disease and other related Dementia diseases. Our programming encourages security and a sense of well-being; at the same time encourages independence. At The Phoenix at Dunwoody, we begin with a personalized assessment conducted by our Wellness Director to determine the personalized service plan. We recognize that everyone is different and customize each plan to resident’s individual needs. Our compassionate memory care associates are trained to enrich the lives of our memory care residents and family members. We are committed to Collaboration and Respect in all interactions between residents and family members.

Our basic living program provides three well-balanced, nutritious meals daily plus snacks throughout the day, 24-hour access to Resident Care Associates and Nurses, activities and social events, scheduled transportation, weekly housekeeping, laundry services, and all utilities except phone and cable.
