The Reserve at North Dallas

We are proud to introduce the new Reserve at North Dallas, formerly Town Village North Dallas.
In addition to the $5.5 million investment we made to serve our independent living and assisted living community, we have created a vibrant lifestyle so our residents will have a life filled with joyful experiences, meaningful endeavors, and abundant opportunities to connect with family, friends and the local community. To enhance our new look, we’ve built Flo’s Cafe, to provide a great gathering spot for our guests as well as an event venue to showcase our hospitality and sense of community. In this unique dining experience, we craft bean-to-cup freshly brewed premium coffee and other delicious treats. We may have refreshed our name, but we haven’t changed our heart.

Independent Living

Our apartment homes are built to simplify your life while providing for your needs. We feature full kitchens for those who wish to cook, however, many of our residents enjoy our delicious fare and pleasures of being with their friends. Beautifully appointed apartment homes, some with granite counters and stainless steel appliances range from studio, one-bedroom and 2 bedroom deluxe floor plans, allowing for many choices.

Assisted Living

Supportive, personal care and health-promoting services are available in the comfort and privacy of your own apartment home. Comprehensive, licensed assisted living services are available for those who choose or require help with their daily living needs but wish to remain as independent as possible. Pursue favorite leisure pastimes, social engagements, and community amenities, knowing staff is on hand to provide exceptional care and attention.

Dining By Design

At The Reserve at North Dallas, our experienced culinary team prepares delicious meals with our award-winning Dining by Design program daily. Our residents have the choice of restaurant-style dining in our grand dining room or a more casual option in Flo’s Cafe or outdoor dining. Our private dining room allows residents, family members and friends the opportunity to celebrate catered special occasions in a quiet and relaxed setting.

Warmly decorated lounges and gathering areas
throughout the community allow residents to easily
gather and plan their days and evenings. A well-stocked library with multiple computer stations, art studio, fitness center, movie theater and full-service beauty shop with massage room are all centrally located for resident convenience.
