University Village opened August 2011. University Village is a licensed Type B Assisted with a Alzheimer’s certification to care for residents with Dementia & Alzheimer’s. University has a a very unique floor plan with individual neighborhoods that accommodate 12 to 13 studio rooms with private baths. Each neighborhood has cathedral ceilings with sky window’s for natural lighting.
Each neighborhood has access to a enclosed courtyard that resident’s have access at their leisure . The neighborhoods also accomidate a living rooms, kitchen and dining area and private spa rooms with walk in Jacuzzi tubs.
An additional courtyard for residents and families to gather has a covered out door pavilion and outdoor fireplace for hosting events, or just relaxing and enjoying the outdoors in a enclosed safe environment.
